Here at Farmers Insurance-Montez Agency, we are seeking an Insurance Agency Sales Producer to join our team! You will be responsible for expanding the company's book of business by building relationships and selling various types of insurance policies to new and existing clients that meet their individual and business needs. Because sales is the lifeline of every company, we make it a priority to monetize and incentivize performance on a personal level.

The Montez Agency has been recongzied multiple times with award winning accomplishments and looking for the next team member to share those accomplishments with and help build staff members careers!

Compensation Information:

This full-time Insurance Producer position comes with a sliding base salary of $2000-$2800/month depending on tiered production and experience. In addition to the base salary, there are commission earnings that range from $1500-$3500, although there is no cap to commission earnings. There is a realistic opportunity to make six-figures selling insurance!!!

Salary: $50,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year

Responsibilities

• MUST be Property & Casualty Licensed in TX to apply or willing to attain within 30 days
• Must have 1 year sales experience
• NOT a Remote Position and MUST complete the Assessment AND Video Interview to be considered!
• Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
• Solicits for new business via telephone, networking, and other lead sources.
• Develop insurance quotes, makes sales presentations, and closes sales.
• Develop ongoing networking relationships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, Auto Dealers, etc.
• Be outstanding at relationship building.

Requirements

• Must currently possess a Property & Casualty insurance license in TX or willing to attain in next 30 days
• Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable.
• Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
• Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills.
• Professional phone etiquette.
• Problem-Solving Capabilities.
• Works well with other employees and is a team player.
• Driven and goal-oriented individual.
• Must be highly self-motivated.
• Be capable of handling customer rejection.
• Bilingual, fluent in both English and Spanish is beneficial.
