We are looking for an experienced Customer Relationship Manager to be responsible for engaging with customers by building and preserving trusting relationships. As the Customer Relationship Manager, you will help develop processes that lead to a positive customer experience. To be successful as a Customer Relationship Manager, you should possess excellent communication skills and maintain the organization's core values. You will conduct quality assurance surveys to determine customer satisfaction and use the findings to improve on areas of complaint. Ultimately, an outstanding Customer Relationship Manager will work closely with Sales and Accounts Managers to ensure that we are continuously improving our customer’s experience.
Salary: $35,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year

Provide superior service to our clients by promptly responding to their inquiries and addressing their individual needs on the products and services our agency provides
Overseeing the relationship with customers handled by your team
Resolving customer complaints quickly and efficiently
Meeting with managers in the organization to plan strategically
Identify potential gaps in customers’ insurance coverage for the sales team
Understanding customer individual needs and addressing these
Conducting business reviews using CRM programs
Maintains designated retention levels for existing book of business through reviewing renewal accounts
Highly organized and self-disciplined with a strong ability to prioritize tasks and resources
Detail-oriented, efficient, self-starter, productive and collaborative approach to work
An associate degree or a minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience
Spanish bilingual
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Background in customer service; industry knowledge is a plus
Experience tracking relevant KPIs (e.g., customer retention)
Proficient in all Microsoft applications
A team player with leadership skills
A customer-oriented attitude
Maintain a positive attitude focused on customer satisfaction
Insurance license or ability to obtain within 90 days from employment
