Our Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our current clients and new prospects

Insurance industry or office experience and knowledge is not required but would be a greater benefit.  

Salary: $32,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year

Responsibilities

• Process customer policy change requests.
• Return all phone messages promptly.
• Provide exceptional customer service.
• Be outstanding at relationship building.
• Maintain client relationships with follow up phone calls.
• Follow up with customers to assure satisfaction, respond to queries and solve or refer problems.
• Foster strong relationships with our customers to maintain a high level of client retention and product loyalty.

Requirements

• Bilingual, fluent in both English and Spanish is beneficial.
• Problem-Solving Capabilities.
• Works well with other employees and is a team player with a positive attitude.
• Be able to obtain or currently possess a Property & Casualty insurance license.
• Responds to all inquiries within a specified timeframe.
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
