Our office is rapidly growing and we are looking to hire the right individual to fit right into our company. We are currently seeking to fulfill a full-time position. Our Customer Service Representative will be responsible to provide exceptional customer service to our current clients and new prospects when they call in for assistance.

Insurance industry or agency experience and knowledge is not required but would be a greater benefit relating to customers in the beginning for this position.

Salary: $10.00 - $12.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Process customer policy change requests.
• Followup with customers regarding documentation that needed signed
• Complete Evidence of Insurance requests.
• Greet all customers entering the office in a friendly and helpful manner.
• Foster strong relationships with our customers to maintain a high level of client retention and product loyalty.
• Presents and explains insurance policy options based upon prospective client needs and their personal goals.
• Review customers' policies to ensure they're enrolled in all applicable discounts and that they're properly covered.
• Set up appointments for customers to review their life insurance and retirement options with our financial specialist
