Job Description

Seeking Full-Time Customer Service Representative and Administrative Professional Rock Star at our Rogers MN agency. The position will involve answering phones, providing customer service to our customers on the phone and in person, assist agents within the agency in marketing efforts and other daily tasks to keep the office running smooth.

Insurance experience a plus, but will train the right person.

The hours are somewhat flexible, but this is a full time position.

Full-Time could also be an option.

Responsibilities

• Learn and comprehend product knowledge to become a trusted source to customers.
• Schedule appointments for annual customer reviews
• Assist customers in claims process, billing, policy questions and policy changes.
• Provide customers with additional information about new products and services.
• Provide support to agent(s) with marketing and minimal administrative tasks.
• Social Media postings and other online activities.

Requirements

• Possess an upbeat, positive, outgoing, personal and enthusiastic attitude!
• Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills in person, on the phone and via email.
• Excellent computer skills (Typing, Excel, Outlook & Internet navigation)
• Professional through proper appearance and actions
• Reliable track record
• Property & casualty license is preferred but will train and license the right person
