Job Description

We are seeking a passionate, self-driven, natural born leader and sales person with a desire to make a difference in people™s lives.  Someone to motivate and manage the Service Team on a day to day basis to provide exceptional service for our insurance products to existing clients and increase our penetration within the market with additional insurance products.

Salary: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year

Job requires heavy telephone usage with professional telephone skills.

Additional job functions include:

  • Process customer policy change requests.
  • Secure all Trailing Documents from customers.
  • Complete Evidence of Insurance requests.
  • Document each customer contact in eAgent.
  • Take premium payments from customers.
  • Treat each customer contact as a cross and up-sell opportunity including financial products.
  • Train and education on office process and procedures with new and old team members.
  • Provide feedback and coaching to employees on daily activities.
  • Thoroughly understand and follow all underwriting, rating and compliance requirements.
  • Maintain knowledge of new products.
  • Provide exceptional customer service.
  • Handle escalations from upset customers due to billing, increase in premiums, or general customer service issues. 
  • Follow up with customers to assure satisfaction, respond to queries, solicit further sales, and solve or refer problems.
  • Foster strong relationships with our customers to maintain a high level of client retention and product loyalty.
  • Presents and explains insurance policy options based upon prospective client needs and their personal goals.
  • Responds to all inquiries, cancellation requests, and sales requests within a specified timeframe.

Requirements

  • Must currently possess a Texas General Lines Agent Property & Casualty AND Life & Health Insurance license.
  • Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
  • Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency.
  • Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.
  • Great Customer Service Skills.
  • Problem-Solving Capabilities.
  • Displays leadership competencies, including ability to delegate, engage, and inspire others.
  • Must be able to create an efficient working environment
