Job Description

Our office is expanding and we are looking to hire the right individual to join our outstanding customer service team. We are currently seeking to fulfill a full-time position. Our retention Specialist will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our current clients and new prospects, processing policy change requests, maintain knowledge of our products, and answer any questions our clients may have.

Salary: $25,000.00 - $35,000.00 per year

Responsibilities

• Process customer policy change requests.
• Immediately greet all customers, entering the office, in a friendly and helpful manner.
• Verify phone numbers, addresses and email addresses with each customer contact and update customer information.
• Informs customers of promotions and new or upgraded products using prepared scripts.
• Foster strong relationships with our customers to maintain a high level of client retention and product loyalty.
• Presents and explains insurance policy options based upon prospective client needs and their personal goals.
• Responds to all inquiries, cancellation requests, and sales requests within a specified timeframe.

Requirements

• Be able to obtain or currently possess a Property & Casualty insurance license.
• Bilingual, fluent in both English and Spanish is required.
