We are looking for the next up and coming star for our team.  The compensation plan carries multiple ways to add to your income.  Our plan has a salary base with a generous bonus plan which really benefits those who bring in new business! Salary: $30,000.00 per year

Responsibilities

• Sell Property & Casualty Policies (Home, Auto, Renters, Motorcycle)
• Offer Life Insurance Options that work for the client
• Prospect telemarketing leads that are provided for you
• Develop self-generated leads by networking with loan officers and realtors, asking for referrals and soliciting your own centers of influence
• Advise customers on proper coverage and its importance
• Follow up on proposals
• Make outbound calls
• Close sales and celebrate your successes with the team

Requirements

• Must have (or obtain prior to employment) an Ohio Property & Casualty insurance license. 
• A positive attitude with a determination to succeed!
• College degree (preferred) or recent sales experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Computer background, including Word and Excel
• Insurance experience preferred, but not required
