Job Description

As one of the largest and fastest growing insurance agencies in the Midwest our elite team of customers service representatives is in need of exceptional talent. With out ever growing customer basis we require additional support to ensure our customers are receiving the attention and support that they deserve while facing life's uncertainties. This is a full time position with a salary + annual bonus opportunity. Our monthly promotions allow team members to earn additional cash. We strive to create a positive work environment to allow each team member to reach their maximum capacity and development. This position comes with advancement opportunity as well.

Salary: $40,000.00 - $52,000.00 per year

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional service to our customers
  • Answer incoming calls and assisting customers with questions and coverage needs
  • Make outbound phone calls to assist the agency with various pro-active processes designed for various talent levels and roles
  • Greet customers as they walk into our agencies and assist them as needed
  • Generate leads to our sales team by diving deeper into each household for additional protection opportunities through the daily interactions we have with our customers and asking them for referrals
  • Obtain 5star Google reviews from our customers by encouraging them to leave reviews online and sending them the link or QR code
  • Introduce existing customers to our Life & Retirement specialists for additional services our agency offers
  • Invite customers to our various seminars that we host monthly so they can meet the agency owner, enjoy complimentary food & beverage, and receive free information pertinent to their objectives
  • Document/update our customer portfolio management database (eAgent) with each interaction
  • Participate in weekly team meetings to share best practices and help other team members overcome the challenges we face
  • Submit daily activity reports to the Customer Service Leader

Requirements

  • Must hold and maintain a Property & Casualty insurance license. While not required we encourage additional Life & Health insurance licensing
  • Must be willing to travel to any of our other agency locations in the Chicago-land metropolitan area if needed
  • Must be proficient with technology and Microsoft suite products such as Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Must have good time management skills
  • Must have good communication skills
  • Must be organized and thorough
