PURPOSE: The purpose of the Sales Agent position is to provide an extraordinary and professional experience for our customers by giving them outstanding service and care in every interaction and helping prospects and our customers to protect what matters most to them. The Sales Agent works directly with the Agency Manager and/or Sales Leader to achieve the sales goals of the Agency. Sales Agents are also Producers and are responsible for assisting in management of specific processes ensuring the accomplishment of all goals and expectations, and servicing existing clients when necessary.
LICENSING REQUIREMENTS: Every Sales Agent must have their Property & Casualty (P&C) license prior to being employed with our agency. The cost of this license is to be incurred by the Sales Agent. Every Sales Agent is strongly encouraged to also obtain their Life and Health (L&H) license within 180 days of employment. The agency is willing to assist with licenses on a case-by-case basis.
MINIMUM PERFORMANCE REQUIREMENTS: Performance requirements will be determined by the Agency Manager and will be updated monthly with any changes. At a bare minimum, a Sales Agent is expected to follow the CWC Pyramid of Minimum Expectations translated into 2 sales, 8 quotes, or 80 contacts per day. Sales Agents are expected to spend at least 70% of their day on Sales and limit their day to 30% on Service.

Salary: $54,732.00 - $99,120.00 per year
