PURPOSE: To provide an extraordinary and professional experience for our customers by giving them outstanding service and care in every interaction and helping our customers to protect what matters most to them.
To support the Agency with sales and service functions while gaining intricate knowledge of these functions and to learn the operational functions of the Agency.
LICENSING REQUIREMENTS: Property & Casualty (P&C) license must be obtained within 6 months of start date. The cost of this licensing is to be incurred by the team member. The agency is willing to assist on licensing on a case by case basis.
MINIMUM PERFORMANCE REQUIREMENTS: Will be determined by agency principal, and staff and updated monthly. Essential functions listed are primary goals to improve sales and retention.
Salary: $39,900.00 - $43,500.00 per year
