Job Description

PURPOSE: To provide an extraordinary and professional experience for our customers by giving them outstanding service and care in every interaction and helping our customers to protect what matters most to them. 

To support the Agency with sales and service functions while gaining intricate knowledge of these functions and to learn the operational functions of the Agency.

LICENSING REQUIREMENTS: Property & Casualty (P&C) license must be obtained within 6 months of start date. The cost of this licensing is to be incurred by the team member. The agency is willing to assist on licensing on a case by case basis.

MINIMUM PERFORMANCE REQUIREMENTS: Will be determined by agency principal, and staff and updated monthly. Essential functions listed are primary goals to improve sales and retention.

Salary: $39,900.00 - $43,500.00 per year

Responsibilities

  • Answer phone with a smile each time 
  • Policy changes and endorsements
  • Service Request Follow-ups
  • New Business follow-up tasks
  • Accepting and processing payments
  • Billing Inquiries
  • Remittance Reports and Bank Deposits
  • Notify Agency Owner of dissatisfied customers and customers at risk of leaving 
  • Audits for various business needs
  • Compile daily, weekly, and monthly reports and data
  • Keep Financial Services Sales Log up to dates
  • Renewal Inspection monitoring
  • Execute marketing processes
  • Administrative functions such as, Opening and Closing the Agency and related tasks, Handling incoming and outgoing mail, Scanning in documents, Supply ordering, Assist with reading and responding to email, Running errands
  • Scheduling and confirming appointments
  • Handle additional duties as assigned or needed
  • Maintain a positive and self-motivated attitude

Requirements

  • Willingness to obtain a Property & Casualty (P&C) Producer License--a two-to-three week process that we will assist you with
