Property and Casualty Insurance License Required for sales position

We are looking for individuals with a great attitude, and an outgoing personality. A team player who has the ability to multi-task with a passion for helping others. The drive to succeed, and be able to close deals. 

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday 
  • Flex Scheduling available
  • Work from home available

Responsibilities

  • Completing quotes for potential customers who have expressed an interest in our products using Allstate's sophisticated quoting tools and customer management systems
  • Asking a series of questions to make sure the coverage meets the customer's needs. Applying all discounts that the customer may be eligible for. Ensuring the customer understands how the products work together to protect them, their family and their financial security
  • Following up by email and phone to see where the customer is in the decision-making process
  • Helping the customer make a decision that's right for them and close the sale

Requirements

  • Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be Coachable.
  • Confident, self-starter who works well independently.
  • Must have ability to multi-task.
  • 1-3 Years Prior Sales Experience.
  • Property & Casualty Licensed Required
