Customer Service Representative
We are looking to immediately fill a Customer Service position at our Allstate Insurance agency! The role of customer service representative, or CSR, will act as a liaison, provide product/services information, and resolve any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face, with accuracy and efficiency. The best CSRs are genuinely excited to help customers! We are looking for someone who is patient, empathetic, and passionately communicative. Customer service representatives can put themselves in the customers™ shoes and advocate for them when necessary. Problem-solving comes naturally to customer care specialists, so we want someone who is confident at troubleshooting and able to investigate if they don™t have enough information to resolve customer complaints. This role will also entail helping customers with billing and claim questions, making changes to insurance policies, answering general insurance questions, and meeting overall customer needs. The target is to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries, and maintain high customer satisfaction.
***Must already have, or be willing to obtain, a Indiana Property and Casualty license.***
Salary: $30,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year
