Salary: $60,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year

Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls, emails, text to prospective customers daily
  • Follow up with inbound leads in a timely manner
  • Conduct needs-based conversations to recommend coverage solutions
  • Present auto, home, and protection products clearly and confidently
  • Ask for the sale and close new business
  • Meet monthly sales goals and activities
  • Track activity and performance metrics
  • Participate in training, coaching, and team meetings
  • Deliver a professional and positive customer experience

Requirements

  • Strong verbal communication skills
