We are seeking a passionate, self-driven, natural born sales person with a desire to make a difference in people’s lives. As our newest insurance team member you will sell, market, and service our insurance products to existing clients and new customers. You will help individuals, families, and small businesses secure their tomorrows.

Salary: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

Responsibilities

• Prospecting and generating new business through leads & referral sources.
• Solicit for new business via telephone, networking, and other lead sources.
•  Develop ongoing networking relationships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, and Auto Dealers. 
• Generate insurance quotes. 
• Maintain client relationships with follow up phone calls and perform other lead generation activities.
• Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.

Requirements

• Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency.
• Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to obtain a Property & Casualty, Life & Health license. 
• Prior sales experience is preferred.
