Job Description

Looking for a great sales opportunity? Commercial Lines Account Manager is your answer. As a Commercial Lines Sales Representative, you will be responsible for effective management of existing customers along with the development and acquisition of new customers. You will be counted on for strategic development and growth of profitable existing customer relationships with a focus on retaining and selling new and featured products to ensure continued growth. This will involve promoting and marketing company products, supported by an approved marketing strategy, with the overall goal of profit growth.

Salary: $40,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

Responsibilities

  • Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
  • Foster strong relationships with our customers to maintain a high level of client retention and product loyalty.
  • Grow sales revenue by utilizing phone, email, and potential client lists.
  • Manage and coordinate the processing of renewals, certificate of insurance, endorsements, audits, cancellations, auto ID cards, binders, a summary of insurance, and edits with the team.
  • Prospects for new business by following sales leads generated from referrals, networking, marketing, cold-calling, and lead databases.
  • Educate clients on the insurance policies that best suit their needs
  • Work strategically with sales staff to optimize relationships and protect client's business
  • Demonstrate good judgment when handling complex issues
  • Develop and maintain excellent relationships with our partners, carriers and vendors

Requirements

  • A Property & Casualty license 
  • Bilingual, fluent in both English and Spanish is beneficial.
  • Minimum 1-year prior sales experience preferred.
  • Career-minded vision.
  • Driven and goal-oriented individual.
  • Experience using Hawksoft agency management systems is strongly preferred.
