Founded in 1975, Custom Insurance Services is an independent insurance agency based in Crystal City, MO with branch offices in Potosi and Farmington. Our services include commercial property & casualty, employee benefits, and personal insurance including life & individual medical. We are active in local community organizations, local government, and in industry associations such as the Missouri Association of Insurance Agents.
